Having a band of people who worked together and could trust one another could do limitless things. A single squad of soldiers could ruin an enemy's entire operation if you gave them enough room to slip inside. Alas the members he'd created Darkroot Devils with were less than...compatible, but with enough time together they could be unstoppable. So it was here on the lake's edge that he'd sent messages for both drakka and akeno to come. As far as he knew, the two of them hadn't had the chance to meet one another yet. This was going to be a good chance for that, and he had a bit of training in store for them as well. He'd found a level clearing of soft grass, light breeze making it a rather peaceful place. ...In contrast, Drakka hated the idea of this "community". She knew the power of one, of how little many could do against one who knew what they were doing, who had power. She knew! She'd been that "one" before! Trust was something she reserved for those very few people who had such a power, who deserved such a trust. She'd have to have this information beaten out of her, but Rex fitted in these cautious "friends". She'd be fine with a guild with just them, but that wasn't how guilds worked, and now she was going to need to meet a totally new stranger. It was a nightmare. She trotted into the area of Mirror Lake with her usual slouch and wearing a face that screamed, "I'm always pissed off". She growled I'm greeting before seating herself near the shore of the Lake. Briefly she sat normally before bringing her knees up and laying her head on them, drowsing slightly as she waited for God-knew-what. If she was going to be "friends" with a new person, she at least deserved a nap. kingrex akeno

Community was not a word that often ventured into the... Vast and often dawdling mind of Akeno, The Cannibal. But if it did, she would certainly be all for it! The more the merrier! She had already achieved some sort of working relationship with each of her limbs, perhaps some more than others, but at least that team had been rather successful so far. After all, she was still alive!
"I've heard the call! I have arrived!" Stumbling down from a tree, she certainly had arrived. Around her, leaves floated gracefully, an exemplary contrast to her rather... Unrefined entrance. Bumbling to herself, and gathering her balance for a moment, she proceeded to skip forward, a sort of awkward eeriness following her delight.
"So!" Akeno glanced between the seemingly less motivated duo in front of her. "What are we doing? We here to... Kill some big thing? Arm wrestle? Kick some bandit ass?" With a delirious, loony flash in her eyes, a corner of her lips bent up into a maniacal smirk.

Real nice attitude as always.” Carlo taunted before shifting his attention to something falling from a tree. An annoyed toothy frown slithering to his features before he sighed, “And there's the fucking crazy. Come here and shut the fuck up for a second!” He scolded.
If Akeno listened he'd hold a hand towards Drakka, “Akeno, this is Drakka.” He'd move the hand towards Akeno then, “Drakka, Akeno.” He'd let them say their greetings before folding his arms to his chest and giving them a stoic look, “...So I've had the pleasure of working with both you fuck'n losers. But you've never met each other up until now. That means you have no idea how the other one works...We're gunna change that.” Rex moved then past the ladies and towards the center of the grassy field, activating some game menus.
After a few seconds he'd establish a dual zone that lined the entire space he'd brought them to. It was a perfect location for a brawl; Flat and open. Sharp sky blues slithered to the two, and a cocky grin took the man's lips upwards, “...You two dumb asses are going to try and beat me. Two against one.” He'd sigh some rolling his neck, “...I almost feel bad there's not three of you, might have been a little more fair.” Of course he was trying to taunt them!

Drakka simply shrugged, still in her animalistic stance, at Rex's comment. So she was in a bad mood. Sue her. If there was any chance of getting her in a good mood, it dropped out the window the moment an overly perky voice drilled into her ears and she snapped upward, for a second believing that some mob had tried to ambush them. " Oh God." Her mouth dropped before she turned to Rex, pointing curiously at the bouncing girl, " Really? We recruiting psychos now?" Regardless of the answer, she'd slowly stand up, looking the girl up and down. Couldn't she have put on, you know, sanity!? What was with that bouncing, did she know what she was even in!? " Ugh...ffff-fine...hi, I'm Drakka...Don't-Don't touch me, I don't do handshakes." She straightened up, trying to look bigger as she expected an answer from the girl. Her eyes widened slightly at Rex's challenge, until she slouched forward and flashed a wicked smile, " Never thought I'd get to beat the hell out of you." She chuckled darkly, transforming as she spoke, " Stay out of my way, crazy lady, I live for this." The Lobisomem gnashed it's teeth in a ferocious grin, shadows pooling around her claws a split second before she darted toward Rex, sliding to the side as she approached. kingrex akeno

"Ooooh, a game! Fun, fun!" She clasped her hands together, reaching out a hand to her new teammate, just before the plea of 'no handshakes' was made. Akeno awkwardly pulled her hand back, maintaining her usually pleasant guise, as she turned the failed handshake in to an excited wave. "Nice to meet you!" The Cannibal had kind of absentmindedly discarded the comment about her being a psycho. There wasn't much to argue on the subject, after all.
"Yeek!" Akeno leaped back as her 'teammate' dashed towards the target. "Ehm..." She cleared her throat, seeing as the fighting had probably already begun between the other two, but she had a final question of dire importance left to ask! "Mister gun guy! Hey! Is biting allowed? Because that's kinda my shtick." She'd frown, raising a hand up to rub the back of her neck. "If not, I feel like I'm sorta at a disadvantage in this whole thing."

So we're going to make this a little game with dice to see who wins! So this is how it works, Rex gets 500 HP, and you both get 250 HP a piece. Rex will roll twice, one dice will be dedicated to either of you. That's how much damage you suffer. You both roll against rex's life bar, and your combined total is how much damage he takes. You two can also SWAP rolls, as long as you both put SWAP at the end of your NEXT post. The swap will count for your PREVIOUS rolls! The reason is that if one of you is already suffering a lot of damage, you can swap the damage and try to keep each other alive for as long as possible. If one of you run out HP, you wont be able to roll, but you can keep posting!

A wide grin of sharp teeth slithered to the Commando's face when Drakka took no time to rush him and try to flank his side. He'd already dragged his shotgun within one hand and followed her movements, firing off powerful buckshot. The Grindlock's projectiles would eat away at her very make, slowly deteriorating her and lowering her defenses..given she took any shots. All the while he'd slip a hand to his belt and pluck up a grenade.
With an audible click he'd pull the pin to the explosive and lazily toss it towards Akeno, flicking just briefly a corner of his gaze onto her, as he back stepped some to keep distance on the wolf-child, “...Quit asking dumb question, and fucking fight me!” He snapped with a sigh. If Akeno wasn't quick to dodge, she'd be caught in an explosive blast that would do some pretty nasty damage....

HP: 174Drakka snapped her head toward Akeno, " Yes you can bite him, why the hell do you want to anyw-" A harsh yelp bursting from her chest as a burst of buckshot sent her rolling away. Her paws scrambled frantically for a in the dirt before she managed to climb to her feet. Her chest was heaving and her face was twisted into a piercing gaze that didn't look out of place from a dog. She didn't bother talking this time, darting forward with shocking speed and spring toward Rex. In this form she was more than a match for him, and she was reasonably certain he knew it. If he didn't, well, more power to her! Her fangs unfolded, revealing clear venom sparkling from their depths as she made to seize him in the arm. Immediately after her strike, she skittered away with a parting swipe, possibly getting in Akeno's way as she grew slightly and the shadows started to boil as she prepared to Shadow Walk. 3wqAIRobkingrex akeno

"Yeek!" The Cannibal shrieked, seeing a grenade thrown at her, running up bash the bouncing bomb with the top of her foot. The explosive soared through the air, but didn't fly far before exploding. Akeno shielded her face behind her hand, wincing and looking away. Displeased, she flipped her knife from her bag. "You didn't even warn me!"
She dashed towards the commando, eyes squinted in a glare. She tightened her grip around her knife, not really looking where she was going, as her eyes were locked on her target.
"Whoa, doggo!" She tumbled for a moment, moving herself out of the way so that she didn't accidentally kick the ferocious thing as she retreated. Carrying her momentum forward as she nearly fell forward, The Cannibal brought down the knife over her head in a clumsy, downward swipe. Fearing retaliation, she continued swinging the knife, hoping to put enough pressure on the commando in a mad flurry of slashes, stepping forward aggressively with each one, that she could at least buy some time.

He'd been lazy and underestimating her raw talents, though she was somewhat a reckless idiot. The soldier had raised his arm in attempt to summon his riot shield though it was far to late before the wolf bit into him and slashed him. With a snarl of pain he skidded backwards on a knee and foot, blasting at her with another shotgun round while she retreated.
...Now that his shield was on, he wouldn't make that mistake twice. Rex sprung back up to his feet and pivoted to face Akeno with his shield blocking most of her flurried attacks, a few managed to gash at his shoulder and cheek, though did little damage compared to what he'd suffered from Drakka. It took him a few seconds to read a gap in her movements, sidestepping and smoothly dropping his shotgun to dangle at his chest before he drew his machete from his back and countered her with a downward slash.
Whether it hit or not he'd sprint himself a distance from the two, swapping to his assault rifle and firing powerful bullets towards Akeno before they abruptly shifted towards Drakka, considering she was probably about to come at him with another attack!

HP: 122Drakka flew back as another shotgun blast sent her flying, but this time around, she crawled up to her feet and almost grunted it off, almost armor-like scales flowing through gaps in her data. Her eyes shimmered scarlet in this transformation, and her lips peeled back in a grotesque shadow of a smile. Her eyes stayed the longest as she suddenly vanished, bounding through the air momentarily before she flowed into Rex's shadows, following doggily. The blasts tore at her shadowy guise, tearing off a chunk of her HP before she bubbled upward in her terrible, snarling fury. She stood almost on two legs, rearing back as far as she could to attempt to batter Rex with claws sharp and incapable of being broken. Akeno stumbled back in an attempt to dodge the machete, part of the slash just gleaming her cheek. She winced, and prepared to strike again, before seeing him swap weapons and make a dash away. Seeing him take a shot at her, she preemptively sidestepped it. Dashing at him as fast as she could, the barefoot psychopath leaped forward.
Her attack would probably strike somewhat at the same time as her ally's, hopefully doing some work to overwhelm the apparently very adaptable soldier. But eh, The Cannibal was too caught up in food to care about guns.
Springing off of the ground, she left her feet behind her, fingers poised and ready to grab her prey, as she would aim to bite down her teeth hard into his shoulder, if she succeeded. Not to mention how intimidated it probably looked, being charged by the sharp toothed cannibal, her mouth open wide, showing those sharp teeth.

Drakka had to go first, she was the biggest threat here, and these two idiots weren't even trying to work together. So all he had to do was smash through the arrogant puppy, and he'd have a win for sure. The shadow wolf sat up like a fucking bear and clawed at him, again the Soldier spun and brought his shield up to defend himself.
The wolf's sharp claws sparking against it, and she was strong enough to drop his guard for a moment and slash his face, leaving a digital scar of missing data. He'd growl with frustration, shoving forward with his shield before quickly jumping himself back in a roll, as he came to land on his knees he'd smoothly prop his assault rifle over the edge of his riot shield for leverage, firing off another hail of powerful bullets at Drakka.
Akeno's approach wasn't in her favor, considering all Rex had to do was raise his shield towards her pounce and block her with it before she had a chance to sink those nasty fangs into his shoulder, though they did graze him and cut away a small amount of HP. He hissed holding against her small frame with his shield before he shoved back, assault rifle being dropped again for his machete and he'd slash at the woman to gain some much needed room.

HP: 113Drakka ducked hurriedly, feeling a bullet graze her back and tear away a chunk of fur. Despite this, the damage was almost miniscule, and her eyes turned upward as a a grin split her lips. Was this a bad idea, fighting her own guild? Hell yeah. Was it way funnier than any fight she had in this world? Sure, she wasn't even tired anymore. She sprang forward and leaped over the little cannibal woman, and Snake Bite was newly refreshed. Her scales popped as another growth took place in midair until she was second from Rex's face. She could barely feel her heart beating anymore, nor the pain that bubbled up from her digital wounds. She could just comprehend that she needed to beat him, beat him down, he'd never let her heart the end of this if she somehow did worse than the lunatic-her partner, feh! Having run head first into a shield, Akeno stumbled back for a moment, temporarily dazed by the impact. When she came back to clear consciousness, it was a machete she saw swung down at her, and stepping out of the way seemed to have worked efficiently, till she felt the pain shoot up from her foot. Yelping, she grit her teeth through the pain.
"Damn you, lefty!" It was indeed her left foot that had taken the blow, not stepping out of the way in time. "You dumb-ass, you're gonna be the death of me!" She shouted, seeing the machete swing back. She pulled her arm up, blocking the blade with her knife, her smaller weapon clanging back, as she dipped left and attempted to take a swipe or two with her dagger at his stomach.
It was a maneuver she had seen before on some boxing show, where the guy dipped under a horizontal swing and went for the abdominal area. She wasn't much of a boxer, but she was willing to try the technique to see how well she'd do!
