Hook's Cove

located on one of the main islands in the great sea, the town of hook's cove got its name from the hook-like shape of the land. the energetic little town is always full of pirates fresh off the boat looking to get drunk and gamble before returning back to sea. while pirates are known to be rowdy and rude, these ocean-dwellers are of the friendly variety only looking to have a good time.

Sanctum Shores

the beaches and islands of gargantua, better known as sanctum shores, consist of beautiful sands, reefs and clear waters. all the main isles are connected by land bridges that you can cross on foot, or you can purchase a boat ride from one island to the next. beyond the main landmasses is mostly sea with smaller uninhabited islets scattered throughout.

Mystery Island

most people think that mystery island is just a myth, a tale told by travelers of the ocean. it's much more than just that. the island is only visible at certain times and is rarely ever seen. not charted on any maps and unremembered by those who say they've been there, people search for the island, but only the lucky find it. it's said to be a tropical paradise.

Abandoned Temple

located on one of the many islands in the great sea, the abandoned temple is an ancient, abandoned building with crumbling, broken rocks at its base. not having been maintained, vines grew across the temple and the building became rundown and fallen apart. the temple underground was built deep within the earth and has many floors and rooms that can be explored and looted.

	A FAMILIAR VOICE a mysterious woman has arrived in the town of origins, and she's summoned all the nearby players celebrating the boss bash. once enough players showed up, she started going on about a new evil that's taking over gargantua, which is already going on in dione. there's no doubt your characters have questions, but fortunately for you this is exactly the place to have them. reply to this thread in-character and converse with this strange girl or any players you'd like. this mysterious goddess may have a hard time keeping up with all of you, but she'll reply to any one question made by any one character. you only have one question, so make sure it counts. 	THE BOSS BASH JUBILEE the town of origins praises and honors the burning spirit of its citizens and heroes in the roaring boss bash jubilee. it stands as a celebration for those who stand against monster tyranny and push back against the giant creatures that plague this world. it's a way to reward the players for their service in defending not just the town of origins, but the world of gargantua as a whole. 	THE SANDS OF TIME something dark and evil is going around dione, and it's effecting everyone within it. any thread or post in the area should consider the effects of what's going on in the location. with the increased hazard that's arrived with the desert's change, all players will receive money for completing normal threads in any location listed under dione (including dione). this event does not end by a set date.
