But i kinda hope they're smart enough to know now, I bet they'd be jealous as hell about what just happened." he happily chimed out as he twirled his spear around.
Stopping the twirling after a bit to fire off a couple Radial Burst attacks until the charges were drained, taking two of the remaining four mushrooms out. After the last thing that Chirp said about cake Aleister couldn't help but grin once again, realizing he just got set up for another innuendo joke thing.
"Weeeeeeeell I don't know about you, but from back here I can definitely see some cake that I want." Finishing that off with a little flirty whistle, identical to the one he accidentally did all the way back in the setesh raid that grabbed her attention, he'd rush forward at the mushroom men again. Thrusting out at the remaining two with his spear, after all he wasn't just gonna sit there and make her finish off the rest by herself. He was gonna do his best to help her out however he could. "I meaaan that offers on the table and all that, but we can get real cake too, or only real cake if you want."

a small laugh burst from chirp when aleister twisted it into an innuendo, and she grinned wolfishly at him while he spoke for just a moment, stepping back from the opponents to cross her arms and let one finger tap against her lips while her baseball bat hung more loosely. "Hmm ... I don't know ... let me think ..." She drug on, before rushing in to beat against the remaining fungal opponents.
After all, she couldn't leave him to have all of the fun.
"Both?" She asked when the last enemy burst away into pixels, a feeling of satisfaction rushing through her now that she'd ended that particular group of nasty monsters. There was just something to coming out victorious from a fight that she loved. That said, she was a little disappointed that they hadn't been as strong as she had assumed, but then, the company had made it worth it. She grinned again at Aleister. "Both sounds good."

As the last mushroom man burst into pixels Aleister waved his hand dismissively, making it look like he was fanning the mushrooms pixels away from the two of them. "Aaand that takes care of that. We got to beat the crap out of some stuff and saved some fancy grove, sounds like a win win to me." With a nod of his head at that Aleister would un-equip his weapon, his hair, eyes and armor all fading back to their traditional colors. Despite not knowing that Chirp thought it too Aleister was also just a tad bit disappointed in how the fight went down.
Sure it was fun but the mushrooms definitely weren't as strong as he though they would of been.
Once again Aleister would grin over at Chirp as he fumbled through his menu to turn in the quest for them. Though for once he wasn't just grinning at her like a big dumb goof, instead he was giving her the same wolfish grin that Chirp had flashed him oh so many times. "So both right? That sounds juuuust find to me, hell I don't even care the order we could do both at the same time." Laughing a bit after that Aleister would take her hand, laughing at how the idea sounded despite being completely serious. Leaning over to give her a little peck on the cheek Aleister would go to lead them out of the sacred grove for...cake...
