 Their antics were thoroughly disproving of whatever enmity they tried to front earlier. Nicaea couldn't help but quip, "Perhaps you would have liked to do the couples' reading after all? I've met wedded pairs with less chemistry than you." Which was true, even if not in the context of fortune-telling, with which topic Nicaea had very little real-world experience. He waited for a moment to finish getting shat on over his reading. Mentally, the fortune teller had already begun construing all of Rex's comments as light compliments. This cognitive corruption could only be explained by Nicaea having watched too many anime with over-the-top tsunderes in his youth. Looks like his reading had been sort of a wash; day drinking was hardly the sort of plan a someone would need to execute on. Still, it looked as those two had been reasonably entertained. Nicaea kept this in mind for the future. The thought of going drinking was tempting, but... "I'd better not give up after just two clients. After all, it looks like we might be at this for a while, even if someone does a speedrun. Best to establish a routine." He shrugged, having already casually broached the touchy subject. "However, perhaps we should exchange contacts? I might take you up on your offer to party in the future. So when Wist refused to buy him a quick ticket to drunk, he frowned with a snarl of sharp teeth, visible twitch on his face, “Fucker...” He'd mutter under his breath before reaching to scratch the back of his ponytail and adjust it lightly.
The Commando glared heavily at Nica when he made another couples joke, “He's just kissing my ass because he needs me! Ain't nothing else to it!” Rex snapped with a growl, seeming as if he was probably one step away from strangling either of these shit heads to death. What the hell was he doing here anyways? It was time to go do tough-straight-guy shit!
“...All I need is more pussies on my friends list!” The King fussed before swatting a hand to bring up his game menu and tap away until he sent a request towards Nica, “...Whatever, if Snowflake trust you, I guess it's alright.” He'd turn his back on the men then, waving a hand over his shoulder, “I'm outta' here...I've got shit to do.” He'd pause to turn back around and give Wisty a glare, “And don't follow me, yeah creep!” The man warned before turning back around with a scoff and heading off....

Wist couldn't help but give a small chuckle when the other seemed to growl at him under his breath, honestly if the other stuck around a little longer and didn't make such a ruckus he might have actually been persuaded to get him drunk anyway. It was a little curiosity what Rex was like drunk after all, and maybe he wouldn't be as violent. Wist almost thought about it for more than a few moments before the fortune teller seemed to ask about couples readings again.
Really, Wist had gotten over it already so it didn't faze him as much as the first time, but he knew Rex would respond violently as always. "Oh really? And what exactly would I need from you?" he asked waving a gloved hand. "Unless you have info about the dungeon then this was a complete accidental meet up." he said before grinning even so. It was funny to see him get worked up over every little thing, but that was just how Rex had been since he met him.
Wist actually thought for a moment and how easily Rex had given the other his contact for a friends list, but Wist ... actually realized they hadn't ever actually befriended each other. Well... now how was he supposed to tell the other or ask to friend him after all of that. Wist scratched the side of his head as he pulled up the menu but before he could send the request it seemed the other was walking away and suddenly glaring at him not to follow.
"Oh what a pain, I wonder if he even realizes we aren't even on each others friends list yet." he sighed after the blonde had stalked off looking back at the other. "You sure you wouldn't want to go get something with me? I wouldn't mind the company for a little bit." he said as he sent his own request to the other. "I think your the second person to actually friend me so, it's kinda nice to actually see names on there. I normally just memorize contact information." he said with a small laugh.

That had been...surprisingly easy. His acquisition of Rex's contact cemented Rex as a tsundere-type for sure...at least in Nicaea's mind. Following him wouldn't do any good, but nonetheless Nicaea couldn't hep but say, "Wait, you literally just said you had nothing to do today but get drinks!"On Rex's end, the vitriolic 'buddy' dynamic had already been thoroughly established, but seeing Snowflake sigh wistfully as the other man left cemented Nicaea's initial impression from all sides. Funny, he'd only been mostly joking before. It looked as if the other person was seriously considering the dungeon though, a scary thought. Eventually, if they wished to make it out, the best of the best would have to break through the dungeon, right? Although he dared not share it with anyone, it was Nicaea's personal belief that this would never happen. Getting a random selection of first-day gamers to win an MMO with hardcore mode on was just too much. Even so, people were still making preparations to challenge the dungeon. Perhaps dying in the attempt was better than spending the rest of one's life idling about like an NPC. Well, in any case, knowing someone with that kind of drive a little better couldn't hurt. Nicaea nodded, standing up. "Maybe that doesn't sound like a bad idea after all. I do have to return this table first, though, it's a loaner." He began to fold it up slightly; a strangely convenient design. Perhaps there were outdoor party events that might have happened? "So, who's number one on your friends' list?
