Staring up at the sky was nice. It had been a relatively warm evening, and Akeno had found a peaceful place with her back pressed to a big stone. It was only when she felt a drop all from the sky upon her forehead was she warned of the incoming waterfall. This was a warning she did not heed. As the sky threatened to unleash the steady ocean downpour upon her, The Cannibal's face twitched, ignoring it. Instead, she just wished that the threat was one empty, shrugging it off and attempting to get to sleep. The spot she was in was so comfortable, after all. "WAHHAA!" Like a prank from the sky, another raindrop, one much bigger this time, fell directly onto her forehead. It struck the same spot the other had. With it's water splashing across her cheeks, The Cannibal quickly sat up and rubbed her face dry with her hands. Turning her gaze towards the sky, Akeno saw that the drop that had struck first was not the only one, as many more followed behind it. And as they all struck upon the Earth, many also struck her. "Eek, eek, eek!" Running through the rain to try to find some sort of refuge, Akeno soon found herself sprinting towards a random cabin in the woods. Stepping under an overhang, she shivered, her clothes drenched. Wearing her guild attire, which consisted of a red button down tucked into fitted black shorts, it certainly wasn't attire for the elements. Though, a bright side to the ordeal came along, when a quest notification popped up. "A quest? Here?" Shrugging and not reading through the description, she accepted the task and carelessly set her party status to 'open', in case anyone in the area felt like joining. ^_^ ◆ @anybody ◆ ^_^ |
