Kuma had her restrained, and it hurt, but when the woman threatened to break her arm, Skadi only laughed. Had she learned nothing since this game had started? There was a reason her icicles would have done nothing to rend Kuma's flesh even had they hit. "You can't." She answered, grinning as she braced for whatever futile attempt at anything but temporary pain Kuma wanted to inflict.

"This is your win for this spar, but do not threaten me with something you cannot even do here." She continued, finally pushing back against the woman's self-made restraints, unafraid of the woman's consequences. The woman could twist her arm, she could do her damnedest to tear it off, and it would hurt, but she would not be able to break it outside of actual combat. Of that Skadi was certain. She wasn't afraid of pain, and no scars lasted here in the game, even when inflicted in combat with monsters or other players. If it had been possible, she would have discovered it the hard way long before now.

Quite simply, it wasn't.
