The fish he scooped up was not what he was expecting to get. It had bubble for eyes, something that Caritas found a little funny. It was cute in its own weird way so he couldn't complain. However, he could see a particular fish swimming just under the surface that caught his eyes. "Um, one more time please." He put the bag with his new pet to the side and picked up the paper net to try. He didn't know why he was so interested in capturing one of the fish in the tank but it would pass the time. He did come out here to have fun so he might as well try a game to win something big.

she had walked around the festival after succeeding to get one of the odd little wish before, trying to find some sort of entertainment to bring her out of the slump she’d been trying desperately to get out of. while certain things had helped to distract her attention for some time, eliza couldn’t exactly find something that’d help for too long. at some point in the night she had found herself wandering the small shops and upon the same small stand prompting people to catch a fish. so, after a moment of wondering if she should try her luck again, eliza finally decided on it; coming to the conclusion that she’d have nothing to lose from a few extra bucks spent on the possibility of another small companion.

The moment that Aleister pulled his paper net out of the pool the Opportunist would start to frown at the sight of yet another hole in his net. For a few moments he'd just stand there staring down at the net, what kind of bull crap was this? They could of at least been given nets that weren't made out of the shittiest most flimsy ass paper in the world. Fighting off the ever growing urge to yell at the npc, or even dunk the dudes head down into the pool Aleister would instead choose to just let out a groan before handing over another another 15 money in hopes of getting an actual fish.

The small boy approached the goldfish scoop with eager eyes and a wide smile of missing teeth. With a quick rub of his red nose he'd hold up a handful of monies, handing them over, "H-here you go mister!" He'd chime out in a youthful tone before picking up one of the nets in attempt to catch one of the little wiggling fishies. With a very serious expression he'd carefully dip the catcher within the water and do his best...But would his determination be enough? atAJEHowIt was! The young boy would be insanely happy about his win, though when he saw the brooding and terribly cold looking kingrex having what looked like a horrible day, he'd offer the man his captured big eyed goldfish with a nervous smile, asking if it could somehow make his day better. He knew there was adventurers out there fighting and dying for everyone..Luckily the soldier took it with a weak smile and a good pat on his head.

"Are you serious?" Out of the net came the same fish he had scooped up before. The same bubble-eyed fish with the same weird look to it that was going to have a sibling. He glared at the fish swimming in the bag as the NPC handed him the fish and went to take care of the other customers. "Wait one more!" Theo was going to kill him for spending money on this game. But like any carnival game, he was starting to get addicted and didn't know when to stop. He grabbed another net and scooped it into the water, glaring as the fish swam by.

she stared at the fish that had been given to her, placed right beside the other from before near her feet. her eyes were trained on the little companions roaming about the small bags filled with water, smiling as she stared as one of them swam a bit faster than the other. they were cute -- and as she stood near the stand, watching others go past her to try their luck again or for the first time, eliza couldn’t help but smile. it was for a brief moment to herself, unseen by any of the distracted on goers before it all faded away. once she had her chance eliza wanted to test her luck again, wondering if maybe she’d get something different this time around.

Pulling out the net for almost the final time Aleister would yet again be greeted with pretty much the only sight he's seen in this stupid fish getting game. An empty fucking net! "What in the hell!" Aleister yelled out for a moment, briefly losing his cool over the fish thing for just a second. Shaking his head real quick Aleister would just drop the empty net on the ground alongside the couple already down there. "Here just...whatever let me go again." He blurted out before handing over yet another 15 coin to the fish scooping npc, before testing his luck at the fish pool again.
