This skill allows Raven to attend to the damaged HP of any nearby teammate. It is activated when combat is initiated (when the enemy personally attacks her or wounds any of those within her team/group). Raven can heal 70% of the HP of her target by locking-on to them up to only 6 times in combat. Thus there is a short Cooldown (it can be used 3 times back-to-back at first and then the Cooldown begins, which takes an extra added minute after every usage) due to the limited amount of times it's readily available. The health isn't immediately restored but rather takes its time climbing back up. As for healing herself, Raven gives herself a meager 10% back if the skill is activated for personal use only. In this case the HP is restored immediately.

As a Survivalist Raven is expected to be able to endure more than what's natural. She's able to very slowly regain health after or during a fight if any damage hasn't been taken in a while (a few minutes at most).
