The green haired player let out a hiss, and kicked at the sand before her. Her irritation knew no bounds right now - she would rather snap at someone then play nice. But she took a breath to calm herself, because patience and logic always was a better option then being an angry train wreck. The utility shifted her weight, before pursing her lips in thought. She was in a cave on a seemingly tropical paradise. How she had gotten here, she couldn't really say. The storm at sea had capsized the NPC trading vessel she was hitching a ride on, and well she had proceeded to be drifting at sea. When she came to, she was on the beach, and of course looked around to see what was on the island. She had found this strange marking on a tree, and pressed it - like a moron she might add. Then the ground opened, and dumped her into this cave with weird crystal lights. And so far, she's found a few skeletons, and no exit because she doesn't dare go out in the gloom. Letting out a frustrated sigh, the woman settled herself against a wall, and decided to take a small rest, just to do something other then stare at this cave. It hadn't been easy, but then a weird noise had shaken her out of it, leaving her grumpy and irritated. Then of course, the universe had to laugh at her misery - or was it the game? The trapdoor she fell in opened once more. 'REALLY!?' beauty I claimed in it's place [googlefont="Righteous|Oxygen"]

Drakka had discovered this "Mystery Island"-Real original name, guys after an invitation by a...friend. Since then, she was aware enough of how to get here. Just take a quest to get here, then deliberately fail or quit the task...boom, she was in Mystery Island. Today was another normal task, hunting the various dinosaurs here, kill them, level up. Repeat as necessary. However, today was looking to be a new day. Drakka glared down at a series of footprints, completely transformed and out in the open, the sand crunched beneath her paws yet all of her focus was on the ground. A player? Or maybe some rare enemy? She stole a look around before she dared starting to trail the footprints, plus an odd smell that made her certain this was a player. If she was thinking, she might have stopped when the tail ended by the tree with an odd mark but no, she had to bump the tree with her nose...next thing she knew, she was falling. Instinctively, she pulled her paws down, clenching her jaws shut and screwing her eyes shut. She collided with a yelp and shower of pixels, having clearly taken fall damage. Her first idea was to lay here and try not to think about how much that hurt, but then she smelled the same scent that led her here, a figure in front of some crystals. Again, Drakka didn't think, taking a vicious approach. She lunged from her place from the ground and, if not interrupted, would get right up in Dollie's face, the very air around her vibrating with the force of her snarl. " Who're you!?" DOLLIE

See, there was no way to appropriately express her surprise when a wolfish creature drops from the sky, in the very trap she had stupidly fell for. And perhaps, it was only thanks to some instinct of caution, and her natural gynmast flexibility, that she didn't get well, squished by the thing. As it was, she had scrambled away, and then the player - because that was no bloody mob she was sure of that - was in her face, snarling demands. The green haired utility kept her face impassive, even as the command was thrown at her. She would not bend and break. ''Well, if you'd calm down and take more then a second to think, maybe you'd realize that you can very easily tell who I am.'' she said, her amber eyes flashing. Eyes that might look more at home on a creature then a human's face, that's for sure. But the player before her had started aggressive and if Dollie had absorbed any lesson, it was to not show fear in front of animals. They would smell it and destroy you. The same applied to people, funnily enough. ''But if you must know, I go by Dollie, and I got trapped down here on this forsaken island in the middle of nowhere after a storm at sea. And you are?'' she asks. She could have been rude, but her body language was relaxed, and yet ready to spring in action. She really didn't want to see the jaws of the beast up close some more. But for now, patience, and the will to not bend as a submissive, was perhaps the only things keeping her alive. Or she could have fucked herself. She just had to trust her gut for once. beauty I claimed in it's place [googlefont="Righteous|Oxygen"]

Drakka narrowed her eyes, leaning towards Dollie for a moment before suddenly falling back with a muffled grumbling. She didn't shift back however, just because they weren't in current danger didn't mean she could let her guard down, for both their sakes if not for her only. " Never met you. Can't tell who you are." She explained briefly, sitting heavily and showing her form in all its terrible glory. She scoffed at Dollie's way of getting here, fangs grinding together as her mouth attempted to realign itself in a human expression, " You can't trust those damn things, NPCs don't get anything done." She pulled herself into an almost regal manner of sitting, head raised and eyes blinking red, " My...partner brought me here once, turns out you can take any old quest to get here...I screwed up and now I'm here." She cast a glance over her shoulder and sighed, " ...Er...I'm Drakka, any idea how to get out?" She wasn't sure how to take this girl, but right now she just wanted to get out. DOLLIE

The green haired player let out a semi-annoyed sigh. A talking wolf wasn't something uncommon, but apperantly whoever this was didn't understand some very basic principles. Normally, Dollie would say that this person is a new player, but considering some other factors, that would be a false assumption. Rather, it's obvious that this particular player didn't seem to think before they leapt at all. 'Better be Gryffindor.' she thought to herself. She let her thoughts gather as she listened to the creature's responses and answers, before inclining her head in thought. ''Well met, I'm known as Dollie.'' she responds to the greetings. 'Of course, I could have been snippy and told them to look at the UI but you know, I'm nice sometimes.' she thinks, adjusting her position once the wolf backs off. ''As for an exit, I was hoping that someone would trigger the trap but not fall in... however, now that I have someone else it's more feasible to explore the caverns here.'' she said. Shifting her weight, the green haired player seemed to pause. ''Are you a defender or an attacker? I don't think you'd be an utility but you never know...'' she said, trailing off a bit. A plan was starting to form in her mind, even as she waited for the one before her to answer her questions. That and maybe they would engage their brain. But so far, the likelihood of that was minimal so Dollie had already resigned herself to becoming the brains of this little adventure. beauty I claimed in it's place [googlefont="Righteous|Oxygen"]

Drakka nodded briefly at Dollie's introduction, " Mm-hm, ok, let's get out." She pricked her ears upward and listened to the moisture falling to the ground and, hearing nothing out ok for the ordinary, started to speak over the sounds, " I'm an Attacker, pretty good one too. Just stay out of the way and maybe we'll both survive this." Her intentions spoken for, she started to walk into the darkness, halting before she dissappeared and peering back. Her eyes gleamed scarlet in the darkness. " What're you? A healer or something? Cause I'm not hearing anything right now...but that's probably gonna change, and I'm not sure how useful you're going to be." While blunt, Drakka at least didn't start moving forward, she would wait until Dollie was ready to go before continuing on. DOLLIE

Tip, tap, tip, tap goes the water in the darkness. The cavern was moist, and the green haired woman just smiled at the wolf. Of course, she didn't show teeth because wasn't that a sign of aggression? Ah, she isn't sure but she'll take it, even as her fingers run along the walls. The slight air current was near by, and with a thoughtful hum, she tilted her head towards the one trapped with her. The words were like water, rolling off her back as she considered them. ''I see. I'm not necessarily a healer - I have buffs and debuffs mostly. Cripple the enemy to take them down or make my allies even stronger.'' she said. She held back about her servant, because that was going to be a trump card of just in case. ''This way.'' she said, as her fingers found the open part of the small cave. Her footsteps were echoing just like the drops of water, and in the odd dim light around them, she could barely make out the path in front of her. There was a sense of danger of course, but there was also a strange sense of mystery. The unknown was not necessarily frightening at this point. ''Do you like mysteries, Drakka?'' the woman spoke. The mostly silent place wasn't really something she liked, so she figured talking might ease that sensation of being watched. Her fingers twitched, and all Dollie could hope was that there was no traps in this place. 'But you know, traps are practically a prerequisite for a spooky cavern like this.' beauty I claimed in it's place [googlefont="Righteous|Oxygen"]

Drakka didn't mind the buffing Utility kind of characters, they were perfectly fine for long engagements and she was sure most people liked them...except she was completely useless to the Lobisomem. She didn't say this outright, but the unimpressed way she blinked at the woman and puffed out a long breath told of her opinion on Dollie. " Ok then, stay there and...just...tell me about anything you hear." This was completely unnecessary considering she was already listening for pretty much everything, but she didn't want to give an important job, she didn't know if this woman knew what she was doing. Drip. Drip. "Do you like mysteries, Drakka? Drakka snapped her jaws together with a harsh clack! " No. They're annoying and I'm trying to-" Her paws sunk into an indent in the ground and, very abruptly she might add, the clicks of footsteps and chattering filled the air. " Fucking fantastic." She grumbled before stopping and starting to circle around Dollie, " Stay sharp, we got company now." A black leg became visible in the gloom of the cavern... DOLLIE

You know, being judged by a wolf-shifter was kind of irritating. Dollie couldn't mistake that unimpressed huff, mostly because she herself used it far too often. And then she was summarily dismissed in essence, and that was irritating. It itched that someone just thought 'oh useless, whatever' and didn't even think about the actual good things one could do. The green haired woman felt her eyes narrow, but she untensed her shoulders. Fine, if this one wanted to judge her, then pox upon them. She wasn't going to let herself get sucked into that kind of discussion, thank you very much. The wolf's reaction to her question was rather amusing, but then things started rolling. Her amber eyes looked around, slowly getting used to the gloom, and the glowing fungi was starting to become a good source of light. Sounds invaded the cavern after the unfortunate triggering of a trap - because that was what it was no doubt - and Dollie's fingers lifted. A black leg seemed to come closer, and the moment it was visible she struck. ''Retwa'' she spoke the cantrip. Now, she could have used fire or lighting but... That would probably blind them and make things worse. The sound of fluid moving in the air was rather strange in the cavern, as whips of water lashed out at the creature. Basic attacks, something nice and simple. Her other hand rose, and her fingers made a symbol, a glow infusing the wolf. ''There you go, go get'em.'' she said. The woman was trying really hard but her tone had the same kind of tone when someone said that to a dog. Hopefully, the glow would be an applicable debuff or something useful like that. Because she really didn't fancy having to dodge in this place. GQP4nSkfNOBLE PHANTASM :: odd number is a debuff that applies on hit (as in Drakka hits someone and the person they hit are debuffed) whilst even are a buff. Drakka lowered her head and growled, whether it was at Dollie's command or the fact she could now see the enemy (and it was ugly), was unknown. A babbling growl erupted from the darkness before a ghastly beast erupted from its depths. Six legs failed frantically, missing Drakka only by timely intervention from Dollie. Reptilian eyes locked onto Dollie, and the clinking of chains filled the air as it chambered in her direction, the rasping of scales announcing it's every move. Drakka emerged from the shadows, seizing it's chains and pulling it away. A glow sparked from her mouth and the lizard was engulfed in a debuff, it's teeth and claws suddenly looked duller, it's attack had clearly dropped. Spurred on, Drakka leapt upon its back and set upon it with brutal claws. Warbling and snarling, the lizard bucked and climbed the walls, sending dangerous amounts of rocks toward Dollie if she didn't move. Drakka herself finally lost her grip as it climbed upside down and crashed into the rocky ground. She didn't have any time to prepare before the lizard pounced, grabbing her front leg in its fangs and wrenching it back, drawing a quick shriek of protest from Drakka as she fought back viciously, waiting for Shadow Walk to replenish. Ah, the familiar smell of battle. Dollie wanted to grin like a loon, but instead kept her face impassive. There was no use in alarming the wolf about her love of battle. It was easy to think, letting her breath come in quietly. She wasn't going to let herself get killed, not here. After all, the darkness was her home, as she had used the cover of night to escape her so called perfect world. But now wasn't the time to reminiscence, obviously. Considering that she got the thing's attention, it was seriously not the time. 'And it had to have chains.' she thought, even as her amber eyes tracked it. As it scrambled up the wall, the green haired player moved. No sense in staying still. The rocks missed her, because her fingers were dancing through the air again. ''Ria.'' she said. Luckily for her, the beginner cantrip was a multi-elemental based one. Cocking her fingers into a gun like shape, she releases the wind like a small bullet. It wasn't a skill by a long shot, but it was a basic attack. Although, it didn't seem to do much, as the monster was concentrated on the wolf. Obviously, because Dollie wasn't one to generate aggro all that much. 'Gonna have to call in the big guns.' she thought. Now the choice was, does she go offensive or defensive? She'd observe the fight some more before deciding. beauty I claimed in it's place [googlefont="Righteous|Oxygen"]

Despite her mauling, Drakka still had surprising amount of time to glare at Dollie's basic attack before she rolled as she grew and flung the lizard off of her. Now she was about its size, mouth parted slightly and fangs popping out with dangerous intent. Both her and the lizard pounced at the same time, evenly matched at the collided in midair and bit the other, screeching and roaring filling the air before the lizard suddenly chocked, slumping over as the poison took effect and Drakka kicked her back legs under its ribs and threw it away. The damage was showing on the both of them, and they circled furiously, Drakka pausing to give Dollie a reptilian glare. Do something, dammit!DOLLIE

It was tempting to just let her be mauled to death by a lizard. But Dollie, even though she felt irrationally angry at the wolf, decided to let it go. A breath seeped out of her, and she felt the sparks of magic at her fingers. ''Oh, I beg thee, save us from ourselves. For we are but children, lost like lambs on the path of life. So give us light and succuor, oh chosen saviour.'' she spoke. She made sure that it was mostly under her breath. She really didn't need the damn wolf commenting on her abilities now. Bright light would normally be a thing - but this time, Dollie didn't want to blind herself and her current companion. A breath, and then tendrils of dark blue, almost leaking off the fungi gleam of the walls, formed together. The shape was unknown at this point in time, but the wolf would see something interesting. Her health bar would start rising, as she healed. beauty I claimed in it's place [googlefont="Righteous|Oxygen"]

Drakka blinked in curiosity as some smoky tendrils wrapped around the room, ears perking straight up and letting out a soft growl. What was this? The heal wasn't noticed right away, but it was greatly appreciated as the lizard took full advantage and stroke her across the snout, grabbing her shoulders with two claws and attempting to snap at her throat. Drakka grabbed back, taking a bite to one of her forepaws but managing to bite it on one of its shoulders, snarling in triumph as she managed to tear one of its legs off. An additional emotion suddenly emerged, surprise, as the lizard showed surprising intelligence by rolling her away, limping as it struggled to walk one less a leg. Drakka's injuries were keeping up valiantly with her healing and she snapped toward Dollie, " If that thing is going to do something, do it now goddammit!" She surged forward recklessly and seizing the lizard by the side and shaking viciously, feeling her HP dropped like a stone. DOLLIE

'What a demanding child' she thought. After all, Dollie could only think of the wolf as a child. Her fingers danced in the air even as her summon drifted closer to her current party mate - despite not actually being in a party - healing as it went. The fight wasn't of much interest to the support, even as her magics moved along. A common heal was probably good enough, she thought. It would help with health restoration - but honestly, this wolf was rather dumb, exposing themselves to that much injury. Idiocy, but she kept her tongue, even as she focused on enemy and ally. It would not escape without paying. The shape of her guardian suddenly surrounded the wolf, gleaming and glowing. It was obvious now that those were wings, and a soft song echoed from it's presence. With a strange snapping noise, the figure dissolved into pixels, a crack like broken glass following it. The wolf would find her health restored, even as Dollie was now in close range with the aforementioned enemy. Her body twisted, landing on the lizard even as in her hands, a gossamer like thread spread, wrapping around the creature's throat. The garrote was a prolonged contact basic attack, working much like a dot. Dollie settled herself, expecting a wild ride. beauty I claimed in it's place [googlefont="Righteous|Oxygen"]
