SKILL NAME: golden chain deal
ACTIVE/ PASSIVE: active
DESCRIPTION: for this skill to be activated at all, the asmodeus must be in a party. this skill changes depending on the class with which they are in a party, and if there are multiple options the asmodeus must lock into their decision for the remainder of the battle. all abilities have a short cooldown.
attacker: the asmodeus is able to strike a large amount of damage against a single target. the attack remains for a short period, biting away at health while it lasts, although the enemy can always simply move out of the way.
defender: the asmodeus is able to bring up a shield around themselves and themselves alone, shielding them from damage but also rendering themselves incapable of attack for that short span of time.
utility: the asmodeus gains a blink ability, allowing them to effectively disappear from one place to reappear a short distance away. this is multipurpose, as it can be used either to dodge or close the distance between an asmodeus and their target.
). when the asmodeus reaches level five, this boon becomes a large boost to movement for the party, and the basic attack of the asmodeus is now augmented to have a poisonous effect, eating away at the health of those afflicted over time as long as the hemlock pact is in effect.
