Once all charges have been used, there is a one minute cooldown required before the charges will be usable again.

Upon contact, the target receives 15% of the damage it would have dealt, and becomes stunned for three seconds.

like the white rabbit used in the typical hat trick, the rabbit hides himself within a large top hat with rabbit ears adorned at the top. the hat then splits itself into three and re-arranges them however they please until the enemy target strikes. a bit of luck goes into this ability, so it's a high-risk, high-reward situation. should the target strike the wrong hat, they will receive 30% of the damage that would have been dealt in elemental damage. if the target strikes the correct hat, the rabbit is left to take the full damage, plus a stunned status ailment for five seconds.
