The high defense and vitality enables tanking, while their versatile shield allows them to deal decent damage. How they develop depends entirely on which branch they go down in their skill tree. They have the capability of becoming more focused on single target damage, protecting their teammates, or controlling mobs, but it isn't surprising for them to try to focus on too much at once and become more of a jack-of-all-trades class rather than master anything in particular. |

The massive shield of the royal guard is thrown effortlessly. It soars through the air until it hits the target (or multiple targets) intended, then disappears and returns to the one who threw it. While primarily an offensive skill, the royal guard can also use this to great temporary platforms and climb high into the air, as long as they are quick on their feet and have good timing.
