On command, Farsider dropped his sword and instantly held his nose between his thumb and index finger, holding his breath and making sure not to allow any of Papilion's scales to enter him. He watched as, one by one, the goblins fell into a deep sleep, the ones attempting to scale his body dropping to the ground like flies. As the last of them nodded off, he release his nose and let out a sigh of relief. "Good shit." He nodded and retrieved his blade, carefully stepping over and around the various little monster men as not to wake them. He then added, "I'm glad I got paired with you on this. Your class probably has the best support skills I've seen so far." The samurai flashed her a smile but then turned his attention to the sleeping enemies before them. "How do you suggest we get rid of these guys?"

'cause tonight's the night the world begins again Naomi let out a sigh of relief when she saw Farsider getting back up and moving carefully across the sleeping monsters. With the danger gone for the moment, she moved closer to the edge of battle, right in front of one of the creautres. She grinned at her companion's compliment and made a little curtsy. "Why thank you. I say, we make a pretty good team don't we?" Anyone would benefit in using her abilities, but there were certain players who fit with her skills better than others. As he looked down and asked about the plan, Naomi followed his gaze and let out a sigh. "I'm not sure. We could just take them down one by one, as quickly as we could." Given that Farsider couldn't kill them with a single blow, it might be more efficient for them to pick at a goblin one by one. "As long as we don't touch them, the rest will stay asleep. And once they do wake up I can always just make them fall back again." Fortunately, Silent Lullaby had a much quicker cooldown compared to her other skills. farsider Mining Matters

"Tch... Not exactly quick, but it'll have to do." Farsider's brow furrowed as he flipped his katana in his palm and tapped the goblin closest to him on the top of its head with the butt of the hilt. The little green monster awoke in an instant, at first confused by its surroundings. Taking this chance to get a fair strike on his foe, the samurai rushed forward, switching the sword forward once more and impaling the already moderately damaged enemy NPC. "Next." He chuckled and gave a sigh, running his free hand through his hair as the goblin exploded into bits of data. He then tapped another goblin, this one behind him, with his heel before sliding into position. "Hayate!" The gust of wind swept from his blade once more, sending it along with two others plummeting to their deaths at the bottom of the mines. As their screams deafened, the rest of the goblins awoke and the samurai stepped to the side. "You're up, m'lady."

'cause tonight's the night the world begins again Following her advice, Farsider started waking goblins up and taking them down one by one. Naomi stayed close by, ready to step in and give him a buff when he needed it. Golden Touch took some time to cooldown, so picking the right moment to use it was important. The white haired player didn't really need it in this case, since he was taking them down easily when he was going against just one of them at a time. As he took down several more, those who were still asleep and untouched began to wake up. Farsider called for her as he stepped aside, out of her range. Nodding, she spread her wings open once again and flapped her wings rapidly, sending the scales forward. One of the goblins jumped in her direction right as she used Silent Lullaby, and she was too late to dodge as it knocked right into her and sent them both crashing to the ground. Naomi grunted then cried out as the goblin who had fallen asleep, woke up once more through the collision. She tried to push it off herself but it was relentless as it clawed angrily at her arms and face. Hurting, panicked and frightened, all she could do was scream and continue her struggle. farsider Mining Matters
