 | Rex took a subtle breath there in his cockpit, quick swat of his hand towards his cheek brushed away sweat as he watched Naomi dodge a swing from the giant. He'd already started to blast away at it with his mecha's assault rifle, doing damage but barely hampering it's powerful and toned movements. Sure enough it started to come his way, even with Drakka and her pack attacking it.
With a growl the Commando moved his robot to dash forward, heated thrusters on it's back melting snow and heating the air into a visible cloud of white steam. Origin's free hand reached back to pull his chainsaw blade into action, the grinding blades were moved to parry a strike from the Giant's crude axe. Rex used the brief opportunity to fire off a few rounds into the monster's knee, causing it to stumble forward, still somewhat blinded from Papi's poison.
The Giant crashed down into a knee, catching itself with an extended palm into the ground. After a quake of deeply packed snow erupting into the sky, it would hopefully be vulnerable for a better strike from Drakka now. She wasn't at her max size, yet...and having some of the behemoth's weak points a little closer would hopefully make things easier for the shadow wolf.

the world begins again Seeing Carlo and Drakka approach the large giant made Naomi sigh in relief. The giant's attention would start splitting between the three of them as it turned to hit the wolf girl, who was closest to it, aside. Naomi winced as she watched Drakka crash, then pick herself up again. Her companions, the smaller shadow-like things, were attacking as much as they could as well. Flying down to Drakka, she pressed the top of her head, since her back had suddenly sprouted spikes, and used Golden Touch on her. A warm glow passed from her hand to the large wolf before Naomi pulled back and let Drakka charge forward once again. Carlo's large machine was coming in close as well, attacking with everything he had. As Naomi watched the giant fall down on one knee from all the attacks it was taking, she charged in along with the group, flashing out her normal dagger and striking at its back with random, hurried slashes. She was well aware that the real damage would be coming from the other two. When she glanced briefly to the side, she saw the two giants who were fast asleep slowly lift their heads up as they roused from their slumber. "The other two are waking up!" she warned her team. kingrex

The Shadow Pack did their best, but we're unfailingly aggressive, and sometimes this caused more problems than it helped with. One lunged forward right into the giant's palm. Drakka grumbled under her breath as it exploded into nothingness, great, stupid AI. She continued to grumble before it shifted into a shocked groan as her back pulsed with pain, and she clawed up furrows of the wood, as if she might force the pain away by being so angry she was boiling. Thank God, she was still freezing. She startled as Papilion tapped her on the head, snorting and shaking her head as the unfamiliar touch washed over her fur. She certainly looked strange, glowing with such a delightful light and looking like...well...a Lobisomem. Regardless, she was invincible, and lunged like a crazed animal. Vanishing, she slithered up the giant's arm and manifested on his head. With or with Rex and Papilion, she seized the giant by the throat and activated Devour. For a second, nothing seemed to happen before she swiftly followed it up with a pull and the giant just toppled over. Invincibility certainly helped her keep her newly restored HP, and she slammed into the ground with no ill effects. When she got up, she was the size of the giant's knee height, and had one Shadow Pack right now. " Well, come on then! I'm on a roll!" She laughed overconfidently as she started to crawl forward, fangs clicking in a significantly less beign smile. kingrex papilion

| “On it!” Rex chimed back towards Naomi, knowing full well now that the giant was grounded Drakka would have no issues tearing that bastard apart. So he boosted himself back from the straggler, mecha drifting to face the two other giant muscled blue men as they woke up. He needed to hit them hard, do as much damage as possible before they'd engage them... So he'd decide to test out a new ability. Considering his Origin could use things Rex had equipped, that made his arsenal that much more deadly. A brief command had a giant cannon unfolding and deploying on one of it's massive shoulders, a quick and powerful humming of charged energy had it's barrel glowing with an insanely hot and crimson force. A lightening fast bloody colored laser beam shot forward and impacted the ground just in front of the two giants, instantly melting snow and even the earth below it into a bubbling magma before it exploded and obliterated whatever was left of the village. The entire ground shook for a good few seconds, and the change in temperate had caused a thick fog to cover the battle. As epic as the attack was, he doubted it was enough to kill both of them. These things were insanely hardy, and their HP pools were just shy of being ridiculous! Hopefully the one Drakka was chomping on was indeed dead, and left their odds a little higher than what it would be in a straight 3vs3. |

the world begins again As Drakka attacked the giant, Naomi couldn't help but notice that she was growing larger and larger by the second. This was probably the ability she mentioned before, which needed time to activate. How big was she going to get? And was it going to affect how much damage she dealt? At least her buff allowed Drakka to charge in without worry, and even take back some of the heath that had been taken away from her. Now with one giant down, she turned her focus on the other two, which Carlo was busy distracting. She saw the large weapon he wielded as it ran a red laser across the ground and caused such an explosion that she could feel the heat from where she was. The warmth was a welcome change in temperature, but it probably won't last long. Using this opportunity to do something, she flew in closer to the giants, lifting a hand up to shield her eyes from the smoke. When she was in front of the two of them, she blew out poison into their faces. Then she went over them until she could see both of their backs. Taking out VISION, she stabbed it once at each of them. "They're blinded! Watch out for their attacks," she called out as she flew out of the way again. Hopefully the giants won't be careful in who they swing at, and end up fighting amongst themselves. kingrex drakka

The blinded giants were bombs just waiting to go off, and Drakka could only imagine what would happen if someone got hit by a glancing blow...actually, scratch that, she didnt even need to imagine. The Shadow Pack rushed forward, and or made a bold jump right toward a giant, just as the hand drifted near. She flinched a little as the impact transpired in her ears, looking toward Papilion with a series. If her Pack died in one hit like that, what about the brave, fragile butterfly flying around their heads? That wasn't an image she wanted to see come true. She sprinted for one giant's knee, chomping on the freezing skin and visibly relying on the fact she was in a game to ignore the terrible gagging sensation long enough to let Snake Bite take effect before springing out of the way of a stomping foot. The other giant just tried to reach toward her and actually succeeded in grabbing the Lobisomem. Her HP took a serious drop almost immediately, and she snarled as she clawed a furrows in its own HP a second before she grew another Scaled-Up sand collapsed into a shadow , plopping to the ground and nothing her HP...she was really hurt... kingrex papilion

the world begins again Seeing Drakka charge in like that just as she flew away made her curse. The woman was being too reckless, and was now in great danger because of it. Carlo charged in to attack the two giants, using his large machine to keep them at bay. While he was busy wrestling with one, the other giant turned its gaze to Drakka's shadowed form and was getting ready for a punch. Gritting her teeth, Naomi dived down towards the other, pressing her flat on the ground and using her entire body as a shield. Her wings hardened into a cocoon-like material that was unbreakable and covered them both protectively. Fortunately, she arrived just in time as the giant's hands met against what felt like steel. The impact shook her, but she was unharmed. And so was Drakka. In a roar of rage, the giant started throwing punch after punch at her, all to no avail. Looking down at the shadowed form, Naomi pressed a hand to whatever she could touch of Drakka. "On my signal, run and get out of its way." She waited as the giant kept attacking, waiting for a moment when it needed to stop and take a breath. All that punching had to end sometime. As soon as she felt the change in its rhythm, she cast Golden Touch on Drakka again then shot up into the air as it was pulling its arm back. "Go!"kingrex drakka

Drakka startled as Papilion covered her, letting her Shadow Walk dissipate and simply focusing on the simple art of breathing as she glaringly noted the pounding of the fists and sounds of battle. Her eyes rolled around dumbly for a moment, " Where's Rex?" She mumbled, wavering on her list of priorities. She knew her HP was cut right now, but she still had her Lobisomem body...she couldn't help but to think she was the biggest, baddest one here. Thus, it was with severe impatience that she bounced under Papilion's shield. She scoffed at Papilion's words but tensed her legs, it seemed she decided she was going to listen for once. ...and she was off. The first of the monster collided seconds after she started away, paws straining as she scrambled for a hold on the ground and promptly skidded to a halt, mouth yawning open in a snarl. " Get him!" She barked to the two Shadow pack pacing around her, relaxing slightly as they reacted in a split second and bounded around the blue giant, " They'll take this bastard down, help them!" She howled before whirling around and dashing for Rex. " Hmph, why'd ya have to use my name like that?" She dissolved into grumbling, practically boiling as she made for Rex's mech, " I got ya Carlo." She almost whispered, snout crinkling slightly as she tested the name out, basically only loud enough for Rex himself to hear before she launched upon the arm Rex was attempting to saw off and aiding in his efforts by raining blows upon the site, careful to avoid the deadly saw. papilion kingrex

the world begins again At Drakka's order, Naomi was left alone with the giant while the dark haired woman dealt with the other alongside Carlo. She felt better knowing that he had backup now, even if it meant dealing with one by herself. Drakka's shadow wolves were making good work of biting and scratching the giant at least, whittling its health lower and lower. The blind effect was gone, so the ice giant was able to aim at all three of them. She hung back from the fight to let the wolves attack it as much as they want, not wishing to get in their way or be hit unnecessarily by the giant. Every time the giant swung down on the wolves, she winced. It was a good thing these things weren't real and seemed to be expendable. Must be convenient to be able to constantly summon creatures to fight for you. At a loud crash, she glanced to the side and saw that her party had killed their second giant. Naomi's eyes lit up in relief. Now all that was left was the third one. Flying to where Drakka was, she went close to her to place a hand against her back, using Golden Touch once more for good measure. kingrex drakka

Drakka yelped as the giant's arm finally fell, leaving her clawing in dead or for a second before she plopped into the snow, sending a shiver of cold through her spine before she wrenched herself away from the terrible cold. She didn't let up, charging and clawing for a moment before it vanished in a disproportionately tiny explosion of pixels. For a few seconds, she couldn't even really register it and stood stock still, blinking in the pixles before the details clicked into place and she started bounding toward the remaining giant, leaving near giant sized footsteps in her wake. The three shadow wolves were not doing well. One took a final hit and smashed into nothingness, another took a shot at the giant's knees and was squashed for its troubles. Only the timely intervention of Drakka saved her final pack member, chewing a hunk through the giant's leg and launching into a pounding attack before it could catch on to her new presence. kingrex papilion

the world begins again Naomi had no idea what she could do to help the shadow wolves, or if she even really had to risk her life for them. So she kept away from most of the fighting, choosing to keep an eye on Carlo and Drakka as she came over to help her summons kill the giant. She could see how close it was to dying, but didn't want to let her guard down yet. When Carlo's large machine suddenly charged towards the giant, she saw Carlo himself flying out of it. At his warning, she immediately started flying back. She could only hope that Drakka heard him and was doing the same. Her buff would probably be gone by this point, and whatever happened to the robot and the ice giant, would hit Drakka if she wasn't careful. She flew on over to Carlo, landing to stand beside him as he lifted a hand up against the explosions that fell on both giant and robot. A wave of heat rushed to to them, soon to disappear because of the temperature of the entire landscape. As always when it came to Carlo, they always had to end things with a bang. Still, they completed what they came down here for at least. Those three giants were all surely dead. CDLF9HMDkingrex drakka

Drakka was ready to tear this thing to pieces, but no. Of course Rex always had to blow something up in his fights, it was like an instinct. She herself only managed to slash its legs one or two times before a loud roar rose in the air and she flung herself to the side, barely looking back stand flinging herself behind a house...and not a moment too soon. The boom deafened her momentarily, but even without the ability to hear, she knew the battle was over by simple virtue that her Shadow Pack was nowhere to be seen (a sight that was making her kinda uneasy) and her size had returned to its regular size (something that was making her way too cold.). Drakka would soon poke her head out from the house, which had started to lean over on her, and swivel her head until she spotted the forms of Papilion and Rex. " It always gotta end like that, huh Rex?" kingrex papilion n3orft4Q
