The sole objective she had at the moment was completing the bounty that had appeared. Quests were a bore in comparison, both in terms of excitement and potential reward associated with them. Muttering profanities under her breath June would simply swipe down the list of groups. Groups flew past until coming to a sudden halt as June would place her finger on one listed for the bounty she had. Clicking the request invite button she was pleasantly surprised to find her invite accepted only moments later. Torch lit and minimap the centre of her attention June would make her way through the bottomless cavern in search of her group members. The caverns presented more of a problem than she'd expected as she traversed them, having stumbled upon sudden drops and what appeared to be human skeletons on multiple occasions. She'd slay any bounty no matter how difficult or terrifying. The only thing that bothered her was the vagueness of the boss' name compared to the previous ones. What the fuck is a Ragnarok the Unbreakable? Did that make any fucking sense to anyone? Her mythology knowledge needed brushing up on, but she did know for a fact that it was some Nordic apocalyptic event or some shit.

Now that was something she wasn't sure about. The Slayer sighed heavily as the two figures came into view, already there waiting on her. It didn't have a hint of sarcasm in it, which made the situation all the more eerie for the support. Trying her best to ignore it June thought to herself it must have been a very, very bad joke. "Utility mainly. Slows and stuns for the boss for the most part." She didn't care to go deep into detail about her class. All she'd given the attacker was a single skill, which she thought was more than enough. The two were only fighting together for one fight, so why would they need to know everything about the other? The gemini waved in greeting as the third and final party member finally arrived. During the silence that followed she got the idea that the two really, really hated each other. June now found the previous joke to have been interpreted as presented. "Mkay, you can start moving faster than my elderly grandmother now" she said to Skadi. There was no reason to be going so slow. At this rate they'd run into the bounty in a few years or so. Not a healer, but a stun would trigger one of Skadi's passives, so at least she wasn't entirely worthless. Still, it left the Vanadis considering the possibility she'd gone and accepted some dead weight into the party. It didn't matter, she decided. Seneca was decent enough in her damage output that perhaps having an extra target would make it easier to keep the pale woman alive. Now that they were both finally there, anything else would just slow them down. It was the comment that made the woman stop in her tracks while Seneca called her that and burst into more laughter than she'd ever heard from the maniac before. Tilting her head to look over her shoulder, Skadi considered her options. Hands full, rather than saying anything or making a rude gesture, she just broke into a grin. They wanted her to move faster? Oh, she could move faster, alright. "Keep up," was just about the only warning they were going to get. The defender broke forward into a frost stride, leaving ice in her wake that left a faint reflection of light as she built up momentum into the darkness. It was a damn stupid move, but fuck if it wasn't fun to barrel right down the unknown. Sure enough, something big passed right by her - or, rather, she passed right by him - and she had to turn sharply and narrowly miss a wall as she rounded back. With more warning this time as to the target's location, Skadi crashed right into the target of the bounty, uncertain of just how far behind she'd left the two party members as the ice cascaded upwards to impale into her newfound enemy's legs just behind the knees, inflicting both frozen and bleed effects temporarily. It made for one hell of a way to get an enemy's attention. Her laughing was like ripples in a pond after a stone had been thrown in it as she laughed with Seneca. The sound would rebound against the walls, sending an echo of the duo's laughter down the caverns. "Oh, I can imagine" June said between dying laughs. Skadi's earlier comment made that much clear, but the support still enjoyed herself regardless. "Holy shit" she said as the defender strode forward, leaving ice in her wake. So this was the speed grandmas moved at when you said you were hungry. "There goes babushka."As she began to run along the right of the ice a grin still tugged at the corners of the support's mouth. Rounding a corner June could see the faint light of Skadi's torch. Speeding up the last bit of the way June would come to a sudden halt just moments later as she saw the scene before her. "Well would you look at what the cat dragged in." Looking behind her the support would check to make sure Seneca hadn't fallen behind. Turning her attention back forward June would dash towards the bounty, pixels cascading down her body as she took on the form of Kokabiel, Angel of the Stars. Fist outstretched she would hit the orc square in the jaw. The Slayer coughed and hacked at the sight when the Vanadis had disappeared, leaving her challenge in the air. Clutching at her throat, Anya croaked, "what the fuck?!" That phrase did not do the situation justice -- at all. Anya turned to look at June who commented on Skadi. "This is some grandmas gone wild bullshit," she spoke hoarsely.
When June followed right behind their leader, Anya hesitated, staring at the icy trail. Like hell, she was going to put her ass on the line. She wasn't ready to have her ass refrigerated for Skadi's dumbass stunt. Clicking her tongue, Anya mounted herself back on Sasha to take the trip down to winter wonderland. The smooth trail first, wasn't so bad and Sasha looked like it enjoyed it until a sudden burst of speed sent them spiraling like a fucking top.
Well, fuck.
Anya didn't know whether she should be screaming or cursing at the top of her lungs, choosing to do both. It turned out to be short lived when Sasha had crashed into something rocky and sentient. What caught her attention though, was the other creature. Brandishing her sword, she held it up in front of the thing, unaware of her teammate's transformation. "What the fuck is that? When the utility went to actually punch the bounty, she decided to forgive her for the omission. Skadi was used to planning for a lot of things, but seeing her usual partner in bounty hunting sliding down the ice had not been one of the things she'd expected. Honestly, they had taken long enough to arrive. She'd already gotten a few hits in before June even bothered showing up. It was only when Seneca allowed herself to get distracted by June's appearance that Skadi felt like the bounty might go awry. She scoffed, "That is-" but before she could finish, a problem arose. Her back stiffened as she noticed the orc raising up his chain, and she acted quickly, sliding once more but this time to knock Seneca out of the way of the orc's attack. Conveniently (or perhaps not), this would push the attacker towards the transformed utility. Barely in time, she raised her shield to block the attack, feeling the kickback through her arm before she even heard the clang of the contact. Her ordinary voice was replaced with that of the angel's, deep and masculine with a slight echo after each word. Seneca getting riled up about who she was in her new form June could understand. What she couldn't wrap her mind around however was why Seneca was pointing her sword towards her instead of the orc. The support had thought that her teammates would be smart enough to know not to attack her in the angel's form, but there was always that one stupid person. "Eh eh eh no trust falls!" Hands out June would shift the falling attacker to the side of her and directly into a wall. "Or uh, maybe yeah trust falls?" She cringed at the site before her. A moment later June shrugged. Shit happens. Closing in the distance between her and the orc now the support would jab at its arm. As soon as June's hand made contact the bounty would freeze in place momentarily. "Try and hit me Seneca and I swear to God I'll toss this orc on you." June knew how frightening a boss landing on you could be from experience. Out of instinct, Anya ducked when an outstretched arm had landed a half-decent jab at the orc. Rather than dealing flat damage, the orc was held in place by the Gemini above her. Anya squinted at this, lips curling back. "Are you threatening me? I swear to God I will kick your ass, June. You wouldn't fucking dare," she challenged. Eye contact was unbroken at this point, ignoring Skadi and Sasha in the background.

She blocked an attack before lashing out with the bladed side of her shield, cutting deep into the orc before the utility moved forward to outright freeze teh bounty. She broke out into a grin. So, technically, the stranger hadn't been lying. Fair enough. Stalwart Moraine didn't do her much good when there was only one enemy, but she'd take advantage anyway. The Vanadis stepped into the orc's space, and icicles broke up from the earth to surround her completely, conveniently jutting up into the hapless bounty and piercing into him at multiple points. A chill broke up across the creature's body from the point of contact, but it hardly seemed to matter when he was already frozen - depending, of course, on how long the utility could hold it. None of this, of course, distracted Skadi from the absence of Seneca's attacks. "If you make me take on this bounty by myself, I will move it out of range for both of you." She snapped. Abject horror filled the back of her mind; 'if you don't stop I'll turn this bounty around' was probably the closest to a babushka thing to say she could imagine in that moment. The point still stood, of course. Beside her pixels began to build up a copy of her true form. The only difference the clone had was the fact it looked as if it'd been cut from the night sky. Every surface of its body covered in stars and the darkness of the sky that would surround them. "Coming babushka" June yelled as pixels cascaded down the doppelganger. It had now become Kokabiel, Angel of the Stars. Unlike in human form the utility player and her doppelganger now looked identical. Ice cracked and fell to the ground in chunks as June's stun wore off. Going around both sides of the orc the duo had no trouble not attracting aggro. The bounty instead kept focus on Skadi, bringing its fists smashing down where she was standing. "One, two, three, heave ho!" June counted each basic attack aloud that it'd take for the stun to trigger. Once it had she and the doppelganger, although struggling lifted the orc and threw it in the attacker's direction. Pixels fell away from June's body as the orc flew through the air, now returning to her basic form. June was not a well behaved grandchild in the slightest. It was just in her Russian blood to never back down from a threat. Now that was going to cost her. The Slayer growled at the Gemini and her clone as they went on to lift the massive orc against Skadi's warning. She held up a finger, voice stern and firm, "don't you fucking--" That was all she could manage before the count of three was up and Ragnarok was in the air. It's shadow blanketed her completely.
Anya groaned as she slid herself down against the wall in a semi-balled up position with her legs up to her chest. This was the only solution she thought of on the spot and it was worth a shot to try and 'catch' the airborne bounty boss. If it was too heavy, then fine, she was going to get flattened by it anyways. If not, then June had better watch herself. Anya grunted when the orc landed, the weight of it spreading evenly through her legs. She scowled at the expression on the bounty boss' face and just before he could grab her, she launched him right back at June with a push of her legs.
What was meant to be a petty 'eye for an eye' move had gone awry the moment the orc was catapulted. The funny thing about being half blind was the fact that aim would never be your friend. Instead of June, it had flown across the room towards Skadi. Shit. Anya covered her mouth when she couldn't look away at the disaster that was about to happen.
Her ass was going to get dragged into the gulag.
