Seeing that the two were still fine, she rushed towards Carlo and winced as bullets came flying at them. She stay crouched low as they got ready to head out. At Carlo's request, she placed her hand on him and used Golden Touch once more. Good thing that cooldown didn't take too long. The time she used in looking for the intel and downloading it was enough for her ability to return.

Squeezing Carlo's hand, her whole body tensed up as they got up and out of the room. She just tried to stay as unnoticeable as she could while the other two fired back at the enemy. Naomi widened her eyes as the big guy stepped forward and pushed the both of them back. They caught each other and steadied themselves, but Carlo started pulling her even further back as she sensed something happening. There was no time to ask or see what was going on, and she cried out as heat, smoke, and debris suddenly went flying at them. The blast was deafening and left her feeling disoriented and unable to hear much.

What she did see as she blinked and looked around was a large hole caused by the bomb. Grim was nowhere to be seen, but she didn't really worry about that. It was only when she saw Carlo crawling towards her that she felt her whole body grow lax in relief. Reaching out for him, they helped each other get back up on their feet. She could still feel the world spinning around, but was clear-headed enough to know how to get out. Grabbing his hand, she spread her wings out and fluttered them as she began running towards the edge of the building. She pulled Carlo with her as she jumped out and flew, spreading her scales on him to pull him with ease.

She went around the building to keep the guards from targeting them, then started flying away to safety. They can bring the intel to the client later. Right now, she just wanted to find them a place to get their bearings and recover from the fight.
