GIVE ME ALL YOUR ENERGY LOVE ME LIKE AN ENEMY They'd done it. They'd actually survived the thing. Catharsis blinked in surprise when the bounty fell, catching his breath and not quite remembering what he'd even done up until that point since he'd first regained his eyesight. Still, he staggered on ahead for his loot, picking it up. It was probably worth some amount of money to someone, so he wasn't about to complain regardless of whether or not it turned out to be something he wanted. He filed it away into his inventory without really looking at it. That could be done later when he was in a safer, well-lit area. When Index actually apologized, he blinked at him, almost stunned. He hadn't expected an actual apology, more used to the types of players who would make excuses if they even acknowledged they did anything wrong in the first place. "Oh, yeah. No problem, man." He said, uncertain about just how easily his mood on the thing had changed. It probably didn't speak well of the player base that basic human decency could affect such a turnaround for his mood these days. At the mention of heading back, Catharsis remembered Index's lit mount, and his torch. The Faywood Spirit still lit some of the way from his shoulder, but the light lavender glow faded in and out, and that wasn't something he felt he'd be happy with on his own down here. "Can we both ride that thing, or would you mind leading the way back up again?" The unspoken plea was easy to read on his features; he didn't want to be left all alone down there. Even though he couldn't think of anything he had done that might cause it, there was a part of him that expected it to happen. He had nothing to worry about, he told himself. Probably.
