The class, heavenly, summons magical chains, binding themselves as well as their allies down for a short period of time, slowly sucking away all the energy and power from those affected by said chains. Once these chains break, all the energy drained is returned and given back and doubled. The chains are activated by the class owner and deactivated just as easily, but the longer the chains are active, the more power will be given when they are deactivated. The level of those affected are taken into mind, higher levels having more energy to spare than lower levels, making them have buffs more effective than lower leveled players.
